Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are sent after the courier accepts your parcel. Delivery times depend on the destination PIN code.

Free delivery

Standard delivery is free for orders of ₹500 or more. A ₹60 delivery fee applies below that value.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs. Food products cannot be returned after opening unless damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
